		<description>I can understand not wanting carving knives etc to end up in the wrong hands, but the fact is that these are widely available, and anyone intent on getting their hands on one for the wrong reasons can walk into almost any shop and buy what is needed.

That said. almost everyone will use them responsibly. I would concurr with what has been said above, or car boot sales etc.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
