Have heard that you can’t use soap or cleaning detergents but just cooked salmon and it burnt into the pan. Want to wash it but don’t want to wreck the "natural" flavour that has been building up.
Go ahead and wash it, make sure you dry it as soon as you are finished and put some cooking oil on the entire pan and heat it up to season it and it will be fine. Never wash it and let it air dry, it will rust, it can still be re-seasoned but, it is allot more work.
