Coop, you may need to watch the temperature you are cooking your food. It is too high somehow. Do you use electric or gas for cooking? Electric is harder to modify so that things cook without sticking. Try cooking things at a lower setting for longer and that may really help.
If your problem is getting burned food off the pans, you can put a 1/4 cup of baking soda in the pan, add enough water to cover all the problem and set it on to heat until it boils. Boil a few minutes then let it cool and the burned food should come of pretty easily.
