A friend of a friend in CA. Told him about pans that make electrons available during cooking to fight free radicals/cancer? Does not have the info… anyone have info? Have a website?
The only cookware on the market that I know of is the Kenzen cookware by Nikken. They are high quality pots and pans, but with a battery in the handle making something like electrons to keep the molecules from becoming free radicals with heat and oxidation. This is a product that was first offered in CA.
